A report for a player being removed (GD) from the game with two Category 1 Technical Fouls or two Flagrant Fouls or one of each, does NOT require a report to be completed.

All Crew Chiefs have the power to stop and, where necessary, abandon a game if they feel there is a safety concern or the behaviour of anyone involved puts the welfare of a participant or spectator at risk.

All officials will accept the moral authority to implement procedures to provide a duty of care for all participants and spectators.

All abandoned games must be reported by the Crew Chief using this report form within 60 minutes of the game being abandoned.
