You need to confirm at least 7-days in advance attendance of your opponent. 

The venue is confirmed and you have informed your opponent of the venue address. 

Your kit colour has been decided and it does not clash your opponent. 

Your tip time have been confirmed with your venue and opposition.

I have booked and confirmed two referee and two table officials.

We have the correct table equipment; Electronic scoreboard, electronic devise for live-scoring, air horn, foul markers 1-5 & GD, possession arrow, and team foul markers. 

I have a designated and confirmed with my opponent, the Game Day Delegate (GDD), for the game.  Both teams and all officials directed to the GDD upon arrival.

I have an extension cord (if required)

I have a game quality basketball for indoor games (the correct size depending on the league)

I have placed all participating players and coaches inside my team for the game in PlayHQ.  You opposition should also do this. (It can be done on the day by the table official, at least 15 minutes before the game is due to tip)
