The appointed YBL One Division will operate using both 2PO and 3PO officiating crews, providing a high‑performance environment for officials who wish to strengthen their skills. This structure pairs experienced referees with developing officials and those preparing to take the next step in their officiating journey, ensuring meaningful mentorship and progression opportunities.
Attendance at this seminar will be given priority appointments over non‑attendees through Who’s the Ref, supporting your advancement within the YBL pathway.
