(Pre-Game) General Administration
There are a few sheets without Game Codes on, these can be found on the YBL website.

Obtain Coaches signature before the game starts when you get their starting 5 players. Mistakes can be picked up before tip off.

It is very helpful to the league that the League is correctly written on the scoresheet. For example; Under 13 West. It saves us alot of time when sorting through the several dozen sheets we receive each week.

As the ball has been tipped, To's need to rule out unsued player boxes, in the current format.

Rule out unused player boxes at the start of the game.

It is reccomended by the YBL that black and red pens are used on scoresheets.

In-Game Admin
Some TO's are writing the minute on each entry on the traditional scoresheet, This is not correct, you only need the minute on the first entry for each minute, like so.

Post Game Admin
Please do not sign the scoresheet for another officials.

The finish time needs to be entered all scoresheets. The YBL have this on their sheets, however, if there is no section printed for it to be entered, please enter this at the bottom right hand corner of the sheet. All times should be written in 24 hour.

All boxes that are not used need to be lined out;
Time-out, team fould, player fouls, coach; assistant coach foul boxes, empty official boxes and protest box if not used.
